Before and after

The recurring headache

  • Download the files
  • Copy the same information
  • Chase the missing details
  • Check it all again

A better way to work

  • One reliable intake
  • Clear rules and connected tools
  • Routine steps handled
  • Exceptions sent for review

About Jordan

About

Meet Jordan.

Miami Beach, Florida

I'm Jordan Neustadter.

I like figuring out why something takes more effort than it should, then making it work better. Before building business systems, I served as a combat medical officer in the Israel Defense Forces. I still volunteer as an EMT with Hatzalah South Florida.

One of my roles was to join a medical unit for a week, ride with the team and see how the work actually happened. I'd identify the friction, discuss it with the people doing the work and help them fix it. That kind of hands-on assessment is still how I approach a new problem.

About ten years ago, I noticed that people who performed CPR well individually could struggle when working together. The gap was shared practice and communication. I helped teams clarify each role, who should take it, why it mattered and how to recognize good performance. It taught me to look beyond individual skill to the way the whole system works.

I brought that approach into cybersecurity, fintech, medical supply operations, advertising technology and brick-and-mortar retail. At Paynote / SeamlessChex, I worked on commission rules, prototypes, reconciliation and operational automation. At 613MED, I led ERP implementation work. Earlier roles at Mediaocean, Browsi and Check Point put me close to customers, their systems and the gaps between them.

I also founded 2020EV and DrinkCellar. GoodNeus brings that experience into your business: understand the problem, build the solution and help your team use it.

Tools and systems

Your existing systems come first. The toolkit can span established business software, custom integrations and newer AI tools. I choose what fits the work.

  • Make
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • monday.com
  • Obsidian
  • Google Apps Script
  • Odoo
  • SAP
  • QuickBooks
  • Python
  • SQL databases / PostgreSQL
  • APIs and integrations
  • AI-assisted workflows
  • RAG / knowledge retrieval
  • AI agents
  • AI deployment
  • Jev / AI decision models

And so much more. The right mix depends on your systems and the problem we need to solve.

Problems solved

Problems solved

Where is the work getting stuck?

You don't need to know which software to buy. Start with the tasks that take too long or keep coming back.

01

Entering the same information twice

Details arrive by email, then someone copies them into a spreadsheet and another system.

02

Chasing the next step

Work stops because someone is waiting for a document, an answer or an approval.

03

Rebuilding the report every month

Files need cleaning, matching and checking before anyone can use them.

04

Depending on one person to remember everything

The process works because someone knows every rule and catches every mistake.

What people say about working with me

Credit Card Processing Company
Commissions used to eat most of a week every month. Jordan sat with it, figured out every rule we'd never written down, and rebuilt it. Now it's done in under an hour, and it's been right to the cent every single run. Our partners get paid on time and nobody's up late fixing spreadsheets.
CEO, Credit Card Processing Company
ACH Processing Company
Honestly, Jordan built most of how our ACH side runs today. He set up how merchants come in, how identity checks flow into our CRM, how bank statements get reviewed, and how tickets and tasks land with the right person. Our underwriting team works off his workflows every day. Whenever something broke or slowed us down, he'd just go fix it.
CRO, ACH Processing Company
613MED
We had over 1,500 products and a system that wasn't built for us. Jordan ran the whole Odoo rollout, kept our developers on track, and actually understood how a medical supply business sells and ships. When he was done, orders, pricing and accounts finally lined up.
Jack Itzkowitz, Founder, 613MED
2020EV logo2020EV
One charger, a lot of EVs, and a lot of tension in the garage. I brought in Jordan from GoodNeus, saw the problem, and built 2020EV. It's on the App Store now, and residents book their charging slot right from their phones. The board stopped getting complaints about it, which says everything.
President, 2020 Prairie Condominium
DrinkCellar logoDrinkCellar
Most of our customers know us from walking in the door. GoodNeus gave them a reason to stay connected once they leave. He built DrinkCellar for us, and it's live on the App Store with our name on it. For a family wine shop, having our own app is something we never thought we'd have.
